60 Park Street, Sydney CBD
Night-Time Rope Access Window Replacement
At Projex Pro, we recently completed a specialised project at 60 Park Street in Sydney’s CBD, where we replaced existing windows with new louvre systems. The project was carried out almost entirely by rope access during night-time hours, ensuring minimal disruption for tenants and the public.
Project Challenges
Busy CBD location with restricted daytime access.
High-rise façade work requiring rope access.
Tight timeframes, with most work needing to be completed outside of business hours.
Delicate window removal, as the original glass could not simply be disassembled.
Our Approach
Night Works Programming – majority of work scheduled after hours and on weekends to avoid interrupting business operations.
Rope Access Expertise – eliminated the need for costly scaffolding or hoarding, keeping the façade clear during the day.
Precision & Safety – we trialled the removal process and found the safest method was to apply a protective film and carefully break out the old glass. This ensured no fragments fell onto the street or inside the building.
Close Coordination – worked hand-in-hand with the building management team to align with their requirements and safety protocols.
Project Outcome
Smooth installation of modern louvre windows.
Delivered on time and within budget.
Zero disruption to tenants and businesses.
A significant upgrade in ventilation, energy efficiency, and building aesthetics.
Why It Matters
This project demonstrates Projex Pro’s ability to deliver complex remedial works in high-rise CBD environments. By combining rope access, night works, and detailed planning, we achieved a safe, efficient, and cost-effective outcome.
